"Time is the ultimate equalizer"

The art of a great training program lies in the balance of good coaching and smart programming. At Bionik Fitness, we utilize heart rate training and blend the right mix of time, movement, and reps to deliver powerful, lasting results.

In less than 5 minutes assess your current health and fitness. Complete 7 exercises and record your best possible score out of 100 points. The duration of each exercise is 20 seconds and is valued at a 10 or 20 point max score. Exercises included are jumping jacks, push-ups, air squats, sit-ups, 1 leg balance (with eyes closed), and alternated superman planks. The only equipment you need is a timer. Good luck!
